Submit A Custom Order Request
Please fill out the form below once you have reviewed the availability calendar. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days (please check spam/junk folders if it does not appear in your inbox during the timeframe) from submitting the request. Order confirmations from the clients must be completed within 10 days of submitting the custom order request.
Terms and Conditions
Custom Order Confirmations
All custom order quotes must be confirmed by the client within 7 days of the custom order request submission in order to secure your spot on the calendar. If Treats by Sanny does not receive a response by the required confirmation date, the custom order request will be cancelled and the date will be made available to other potential clients.
Payments & Taxes
Full payment is due 21 days (3 weeks) prior to pick-up date. If the client fails to make payments, Treats by Sanny will cease work, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be given. Clients are responsible for all taxes (included in cost of goods)
Changes to Orders
Any changes must be submitted prior to final payment. Any changes made afterwards may be incorporated at the discretion of Treats by Sanny. There will be no changes allowed 14 days prior to the event.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the pick-up date in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the pick-up date, no refunds will be provided. In the event of an emergency where Treats by Sanny must cancel an order, a full refund will be provided along with a shop credit worth 20% of your original order amount.
Allergy & Dietary Warnings
All treats are prepared in a home kitchen that produces common allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts, wheat, and soy. Treats by Sanny is unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. The client is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergy hazards, and Treats by Sanny will communicate ability to accommodate restrictions. If there are any questions or concerns about certain ingredients that the client is allergic to, please contact Treats by Sanny before placing an order.
Pick Up / Shipping / Deliveries
Treats by Sanny operates under Arizona Cottage Food Laws which prohibit Treats by Sanny from shipping cookies for sale as they are not subject to state inspection. As such, all cookies must be picked up locally in Tempe, AZ. In-state delivery services are also available for custom orders only (pre-sales and pop-ups are excluded from this service) for a small fee of $10 if you live within a 10-mile radius of the zip code 85284. If you live within a 30-mile radius, the fee increases to $20. Delivery services can only be made on Saturdays/Sundays during an agreed-upon 2-hour drop-off window.
Liability
Treats by Sanny is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damage, which may result from products/services provided. Treats by Sanny is not responsible for any damage to the goods/services provided caused by anyone not employed by Treats by Sanny.

Treats by Sanny reserves the right to use all photographs, video, and other content of custom orders for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.
