Drop Cookie Pricing
A drop cookie is the new fancy term for a normal cookie without any icing on top. Examples include chocolate chip, peanut butter, snickerdoodle, lemon drop, s'mores, and more! Drop cookies are perfect for anyone that wants a cookie, but does not want something that is too sweet to eat.
Custom drop cookies are priced based on the multiple factors: quantity of cookies, size of cookies, and additional flavors/ingredients. A minimum of 1 dozen cookies is required for custom orders and there are 3 options for packaging:
Each cookie is individually packaged in heat-sealed bags to preserve freshness. For example, if you order 1 dozen cookies, you will get a box filled with each cookie in it's own bag.
Cookies are stacked together in groups of 4 and packaged in a larger heat-sealed bag and tied with a small bow on top. For example if you order 1 dozen cookies, you will get 3 bags with 4 cookies per bag.
Cookies are stacked together in groups of 6 and packaged in a larger heat-sealed bag and tied with a small bow on top. For example if you order 1 dozen cookies, you will get 2 bags with 6 cookies per bag.
Standard Size
$36+ per dozen
Standard cookies start at $36 per dozen (12 cookies total) and will increase as the complexity of the flavors/ingredients increase. Each cookie measures anywhere from 4-4.5 inches in diameter.
Terms and Conditions
Porch Pickup / Delivery
All orders must be picked up in south Tempe, Arizona during an agreed upon time slot. All porch pickups will have 2 options: curbside pickup or no-contact porch pickup. For curbside pickup, I will request you to notify me when you arrive and will bring the package to your car so that you do not have to get out. For no-contact porch pick up, I will request you to notify me when you are close by, then I will leave the cookies on a chair outside my front door, and I will monitor the front door to ensure that you have picked up your package. Once the package leaves the chair on my front door, I am not responsible for any cookies that break during transit.
If you do not pick up your package during the agreed-upon the time slot, your order will be held for up to 24 hours before it is forfeited. If your order is forfeited due to a no-show or a no-text/message, you will not receive a refund.
Delivery services are also available for custom orders only (pre-sales and pop-ups are excluded from this service) for a small fee of $10 if you live within a 10-mile radius of the zip code 85284. If you live within a 25-mile radius, the fee increases to $15. Delivery services can only be made on Saturdays/Sundays during an agreed-upon 2-hour drop-off window.
Cancellations / Refunds
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be provided.
In the event of an emergency where Treats by Sanny must cancel an order, a full refund will be provided along with a shop credit worth 20% of your original order amount.
