Do you ship cookies?
I currently operate under Arizona Cottage Food Laws, which prohibit me from shipping cookies for sale as they are not subject to state inspection. As such, all cookies must be picked up locally in Tempe, AZ. Delivery services are also available for custom orders only (pre-sales and pop-ups are excluded from this service) for a small fee of $10 if you live within a 10-mile radius of the zip code 85284. If you live within a 25-mile radius, the fee increases to $15. Delivery services can only be made on Saturdays/Sundays during an agreed-upon 2-hour drop-off window.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be provided.
In the event of an emergency where Treats by Sanny must cancel an order, a full refund will be provided along with a shop credit worth 20% of your original order amount.
What cookie flavors do you offer?
Unless otherwise stated, all sugar cookies are vanilla flavored cookies with almond flavored icing. Creating new flavors is very fun for me and I'm happy to work on a new flavor upon request. Here is a list of flavors I have done in the past: chocolate, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, lemon, snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, peanut butter, funfetti, raspberry lemonade, strawberry lemonade, pumpkin spice, apple spice, toffee, holiday spice, and peppermint.
How long do your sugar cookies last?
Each cookie is individually packaged in heat-sealed bags to preserve freshness unless a specific request was made. Because cookies are heat-sealed, cookies can last up to 1-2 weeks if left heat-sealed in room temperature.
Cookies can also be frozen for up to 3 months. In order to freeze cookies, leave the cookies in the heat-sealed bags, place in a sealed container or a ziplock bag, and store away. When you are ready to eat the cookies, take it out of the freezer 8 hours prior or the night before and let it sit until it reaches room temperature. Once it reaches room temperature, carefully take the cookies out and they are ready to be eaten.
How do porch pick-ups work?
All orders must be picked up in south Tempe, Arizona during an agreed upon time slot. All porch pickups will have 2 options: curbside pickup or no-contact porch pickup. For curbside pickup, I will request you to notify me when you arrive and will bring the package to your car so that you do not have to get out. For no-contact porch pick up, I will request you to notify me when you are close by, then I will leave the cookies on a chair outside my front door, and I will monitor the front door to ensure that you have picked up your package. Once the package leaves the chair on my front door, I am not responsible for any cookies that break during transit.
If you do not pick up your package during the agreed-upon the time slot, your order will be held for up to 24 hours before it is forfeited. If your order is forfeited due to a no-show or a no-text/message, you will not receive a refund.

Do you offer gluten free or vegan cookies?
I currently do not offer gluten free or vegan cookies, but I am working on developing recipes to be able to offer these later this year. Stay tuned!
Do your cookies contain ingredients that are found in common food allergies?
All cookies are prepared in a home kitchen that produces common allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts, wheat, and soy. If you have any questions or concerns about certain ingredients that you are allergic to, please reach out to me before placing an order!
Are digital downloads refundable?
As all digital downloads are instantly downloadable, there will be NO refunds for these types of products. If you have any issues opening the downloadable files, please email treatsbysanny@gmail.com with screenshot evidence of any issues you are experiencing and I will respond within 1-2 business days with troubleshooting assistance.
