How to Submit a Custom Order Request
All custom order requests must be submitted through the form below. Please review all instructions and check availability before submitting a request. All links can also be found under the Custom Orders tab.
Review Pricing Breakdowns
Pricing depends on size of cookies and level of intricate details that are added to designs such as metallic lettering and floral work. Refer to pricing and FAQ pages to learn more about cost breakdowns before placing a custom order.
Check Availability
Please check the availability calendar for potential custom order pick-up dates. If the preferred date is unavailable, consider selecting an earlier date as heat-sealed cookies last 1-2 weeks in room temperature and up to 3 months frozen. Custom order requests must be made at least 21 days in advance to avoid any rush fees.

Once you have reviewed pricing and checked for availability, please submit a formal custom order request below.

Once the custom order request has been submitted, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days. Please check your spam/junk folder as gmail will sometimes route to those folders if this is your first communication with Treats by Sanny.
